HAILE AND WILTON WEBSITE REDEVELOPMENT

The Haile and Wilton website is currently being redeveloped. This website has been in existence in its current form since 2003. The content has been updated over the years, but the overall design of the site is now looking too old fashioned for its users, and the events in the Village Hall can no longer be updated. A new and improved website will be replacing this one when development is completed.

BREATHING SPACES. A NEW DEVELOPMENT

You will have had details through your letter box about this new venture, which will make such a difference to a neglected part of Haile village.  

Yesterdays open afternoon provided - apart from more of the home made cakes for which events at Haile are renown - a wonderfully friendly and informative get-together for adults and children alike.

The range of displays is to be left up in the Hall, so, if you didnt  get the chance to call in yesterday, you have missed the fun but you will be able to find out more about this project.

There is a great enthusiasm for the scheme both as an atrractive place to walk and as a relaxing meeting point to sit and watch the world go by, or whatever parts of the world happen to pass through Haile.

And there are opportunities to get involved if you are that sort of person.

It rises at the foot of Dent and flows past Wilton then Haile. It is shown near to Haile Church, the Kirk from which it takes its name.
